Innova DX Condor ENG
The Condor is a great disc for throw and catch as well as for Disc Golf. It also is one of the most ideal discs to introduce Ultimate Players to Disc Golf, because of the small fade it has. As a speed 3 disc it should be categorised as just a putter, but it is much more versatile than that. To be able to putt with it you should use the heaviest weight possible, since it has a large diameter. It is more often used for all those control shots (forehand as well as backhand) inbetween speed 2 and 6 where you should depend on some fade.
It is the largest diameter disc golf disc available (24,1 cm). In light weight class (130+) it’s a good disc for MTA and TRC. Inbetween 150 and 180 it is a good beginners disc for Throw and catch as well as discovering Disc Golf. In the heaviest weight range (up to 200 grams) it’s a disc loved by Disc golfers for very tight approaches and rollers. Fun fact: it was used to set the TRC World Record.
Innova's deluxe plastic offers the widest selection of models and weights of frisbees. These discs are affordably priced and provide an excellent grip in a variety of weather situations. DX discs wear in with usage and over time will eventually take on new and varied flight characteristics. Many top pros carry several DX discs of their favorite models to provide different flight patterns for different situations. Some DX discs are available in glow-in-the-dark plastic (see our specific section for these frisbees).
COLOR AND WEIGHT
The color of the disc you recieve will not nessecarily be the color shown on this picture. You can tell us your color and weight preferences when you order with us, and we will see what we can do for you.
THE CHOICE OF YOUR FRISBEE
Discgolf discs are not designed to throw and catch. For experienced throwers it is possible, especially with a putter or midrange disc. If you want a disc to play throw and catch, we advise you not to take a discgolf disc, but a disc from the section Ultimate Frisbees in our left menu serves this purpose better. You can find more advice on choosing your frisbee in our FAQ.
