Returning the goods
Because Dutch law says so (“Wet in het kader van de Wet Kopen op Afstand”) you have a 7 days period – starting on delivery of the goods – in which you can change your mind. Within this period you can return the goods without giving a reason for it. The shipment should be 100% new, and you should pay for the shipment costs that are involved for returning the goods. When you do not accept the goods that are offered at your door, you should always pay for the shipment costs we have made.
When you change you mind after you place your order online and you want to return the goods, do it within this 7 days notice. In this case please contact us through e-mail or phone. Because shipment always takes place on our account of the sender, you should always pack the goods in a proper way and pay for the shipping costs (when you do not pay enough, we will not accept delivery).
When we receive the goods in proper fashion (100% new, complete, undamaged package and un-used), we will refund your full paymnt as soon as possible. For a fast return of your money, please send us a copy of the invoice together with the goods and put the comment “Refund” on it, together with the detaisl for payment (account number and name).
